This guide will get you all set up and ready to use the TRAX platform. We’ll cover how to get started on the TRAX platform and how to make your first post.
Before you sign up to TRAX, you will need to grab your government-issued ID and a selfie to verify your identity. You'll need this later.
Create an user account
This guide provides an easy-to-follow process to assist fans in creating an account on TRAX.
Step 1: Launch your preferred internet browser.
Step 2: Type www.trax.so into the search bar and press Enter to access the TRAX landing page.
Step 3: Locate the SIGN UP label which is found below the LOG IN button, and click on it.
Step 4: You'll be prompted to select the type of account you wish to create. Choose SIGN UP FOR FANS, followed by CONTINUE.
Step 5: Fill in your First and Last name in the appropriate fields.
Step 6: Enter a valid email address and create a secure password. The password should comply with the following criteria: a minimum of 8 characters, contain at least 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 special character.
Step 7: Once you've filled in the necessary details, click REGISTER.
Step 8: Verify your email address. A verification link will be sent to the email address you provided. Open this email and click on the link to confirm your email address.
Congratulations! Your fan account on TRAX is now created.

Create your artist account
Step 1: Open your preferred internet browser.
Step 2: Type www.trax.so into the search bar and press Enter to load the TRAX landing page.
Step 3: Find the SIGN UP label located below the LOG IN button and click on it.
Step 4: You'll then be prompted to select the type of account you wish to create. Click on SIGN UP FOR ARTISTS, followed by CONTINUE.
Step 5: Fill in your First and Last name in the appropriate fields, and then click CONTINUE.
Step 6: Create a unique username. This should be above three characters, lowercase, and can contain alphanumeric characters. Click CONTINUE once done.
Step 7: Choose a display name for yourself. This name will be visible across the TRAX platform. Once you have selected a suitable display name, click CONTINUE.
Step 8: Input your date of birth, country, and gender. Proceed by clicking CONTINUE.
Step 9: Enter a valid email address and create a secure password. The password must meet the following requirements: a minimum of 8 characters, at least 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 special character. Confirm your password by entering it again in the field provided, then click CONTINUE.
Step 10: Verify your email address. A verification link will be sent to the email address you provided. Click this link to confirm your email address.
Step 11: Upload a valid form of identification for verification. TRAX accepts driving licenses, passports, and government-issued identification. Also, take a photo of yourself for further verification.
Step 12: Click on CREATE ACCOUNT. By doing this, you are confirming that you agree to TRAX's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Congratulations! Your artist account on TRAX is now created. As soon as your email address and ID are verified, you will be able to start uploading and posting your music on TRAX.
